Terms of Use

Exact Ten
Last updated: 2 October 2026

These terms cover your use of the Exact Ten game website (the "Game"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.

1. Who we are

Exact Ten is run by A Rodger ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@exactten.com.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 13 to play. If you are under 18, please check these terms and our Privacy Policy with a parent or guardian before playing.

3. Playing the Game

The Game is free to play. We may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time, including game modes, scoring, the leaderboard and rewards. We'll try to give notice of major changes, but we can't promise the Game will always be available or free of errors.

Timing in the Game depends on your device, browser and connection. Small differences in measured time between devices are normal, and the result shown by the Game is final.

4. Your display name

When you choose a name for the leaderboard, it is shown publicly to other players. Your name must not:

We check names automatically and may also review them by hand. We can reject, change or remove any name, and the scores linked to it, without notice.

5. Fair play

Please play fairly. You must not:

If we think someone is breaking these rules, we may remove their scores from the leaderboard.

6. Ads and rewards

The Game may show ads. Some features, such as the Redemption Go, may ask you to watch an ad in exchange for an in-game benefit. Rewards only work within the Game, have no cash value and can't be transferred. If an ad fails to load or play, we can't guarantee the reward.

Ads are provided by third parties. We aren't responsible for the products or services they advertise.

7. Paid features

If we offer paid features in future, the price and what you get will be shown clearly before you pay, and any extra terms will be set out at that point. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

8. Ownership

We own the Game, including its name, design, code, text and graphics. You may share screenshots and recordings of your own play, including on social media. You may not use the Exact Ten name or branding in a way that suggests we endorse you, or copy the Game itself.

9. Our liability to you

We provide the Game "as is" for personal, non-commercial entertainment. If you use it for any commercial or business purpose, we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, business or opportunity.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or that was caused by your own device, connection or software.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales.

10. Ending your use

You can stop playing at any time. To have your name and scores removed, email hello@exactten.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we'll flag it in the Game. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.

12. General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
