Exact Ten
Last updated: 4 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Exact Ten (the "Game") collects, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: you don't need an account, we only ask for a display name if you play Solo, and we don't use cookies.

1. Who we are

Exact Ten is run by A Rodger ("we", "us"). We are the controller of your personal data under UK data protection law. Contact us about anything in this policy at hello@exactten.com.

2. What we collect

If you play Solo

That is all we receive. Your individual times, personal best and other stats stay on your device.

If you play Multiplayer

Player names and results stay on the device you're playing on. Nothing from a Multiplayer game is sent to us.

Stored on your device

The Game uses your browser's local storage to remember your display name, your Solo stats (such as your personal best and your number of Exact Tens). This stays in your browser and is not sent to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Collected automatically

We don't use cookies or advertising trackers. We don't ask for your real name, email address, phone number or payment details. If you email us, we'll have your email address and whatever you include in your message.
